This Inventory has been prepared on the accepted principle that in the absence of marginal comments, items are free from obvious defects, damage or soiling. The condition of any item listed without comment is deemed to be considered as good for its age.

I/We the undersigned have checked thoroughly the property for which this Inventory has been raised and have found the Inventory to be correct except where stated next to the relevant entry and in any additional remarks attached to this Inventory. It is agreed that this Inventory shall form the basis of any future assessment of dilapidation on my/our subsequent vacation of the property.
