We provide a choice of Two options for Landlords when letting a property, which are ‘Let only’ and ‘Managed’.  Landlords will often prefer the management option, allowing us to take over the handling of any issues that may arise and to ensure the tenancy is kept up to date with the constantly evolving legislation required.

Where we act as the managing Agent, it is imperative that our Landlords are kept fully up to date with all matters regarding their property. Which is why our service provides regular client feedback on the condition of your asset.

Furthermore, we ensure that your obligations as the Landlord are upheld; including holding the Tenants deposit in a government approved scheme and ensuring all certificates are kept up to date at all times.
