Once Horizon Estate Agents are instructed to sell your home, we will maintain regular communication, providing updates on local market trends and feedback from prospective buyers we’ve spoken to about your property. Additionally, we’ll share insights from the country’s top property portals, Rightmove and On The Market, including data on how often your property listing is being viewed online.

As an independent estate agent, we have the freedom to adjust our approach to suit local market conditions, enabling us to tailor our marketing strategies for maximum exposure to local buyers. This same flexibility extends beyond the local area, thanks to our investment in advertising across various property portals, expanding our reach on a national scale.

Lettings and Property Management

We provide a choice of Two options for Landlords when letting a property, which are ‘Let only’ and ‘Managed’.  Landlords will often prefer us the management option, allowing us to take over the handling of any issues that may arise and to ensure the tenancy is kept up to date with the constantly evolving legislation required.

Where we act as the managing Agent, it is imperative that our Landlords are kept fully up to date with all matters regarding their property. Which is why our service provides regular client feedback on the condition of your asset.

Furthermore, we ensure that your obligations as the Landlord are upheld; including holding the Tenants deposit in a government approved scheme and ensuring all certificates are kept up to date at all times.
