Coronavirus (Covid – 19) Precautions. We are very much aware of the ever-changing situation and of the growing concerns around Coronavirus (Covid-19). Whilst the proportion of affected people remains low and we want to try and adopt a business as usual approach, we wanted to make our customers aware of some of the precautionary measures we have put in place across our office to keep our staff and customers healthy. > All staff have been provided with guidance for effective handwashing and again, are encouraged to wash their hands regularly and thoroughly. > We have increased the cleaning frequency of surfaces within the office with attention being paid to handles and touch points. > All staff have been instructed to wipe down their working areas at least twice a day with anti-bacterial wipes. > We are following public health advice and staff are not shaking hands with customers or service providers until this advice is updated and amended. How can you help? > If you are currently marketing your home and are feeling unwell or displaying any of the main symptoms of Covid-19, please make a member of our staff aware immediately, so that we can discuss and agree any necessary action and manage viewings of your home. > If you are feeling unwell of displaying any of the main symptoms of Covid-19, please do not arrange or attend viewings. Please make us aware before any arranged appointments, so that we can cancel the viewing if necessary. > If you have visited or been in contact with someone who has visited a high-risk country in the past 2 weeks, then please make us aware.
